1. Products and Services
1.1 Types of Products
We provide digital invitation services:

• Template Designs: Pre-made digital templates where images and text are replaced according to customer input.
• Custom Designs: Fully new designs created based on customer preferences. Each customer receives two design options. Additional features may incur extra fees.

1.2 Product Features

• Content blocks: Main, Address, Dress Code, RSVP
• Basic animations included
• Price range: €40–€180, depending on design complexity

1.3 Delivery

• Designs are delivered digitally via email or WhatsApp, based on the contact information provided by the customer.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information.

2. Ordering and Payment
2.1 How to Order

• Orders are made via the website: add items to cart → pay via Stripe (supports multiple payment methods).

2.2 Payment

• Full payment is required before design work begins.

2.3 Refund Policy

• Custom Designs: Non-refundable once design work has started.
• Template Designs: Refunds are available only if less than 30% of work has been completed. After this point, no refunds are possible.
• Refunds will be processed at our discretion and based on work progress.

3. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers must provide accurate information for templates and delivery.
Design Changes:

• For template designs, each block (e.g., Name, Address, Dress Code, RSVP) can have up to 2 design/layout changes.
• Simple text edits (e.g., changing name, address, or location) can be requested unlimited times during the design process.
• For custom designs, the customer receives two design options; additional changes may incur extra fees.
• Misuse, redistribution, or copying of designs without permission is prohibited.

4. Affiliate Program
4.1 Participation

• Open to participants worldwide
• No prior experience is required
• Accurate and up-to-date information must be provided during registration

4.2 Affiliate Code & Promotion

• Each affiliate receives a unique discount code
• Commissions are earned only on sales using this code
• Promotion must be honest, ethical, and legal
• Misleading or illegal promotion may result in account suspension

4.3 Commission Structure

• 20% commission per completed sale
• Calculated after discounts
• Only completed, non-refunded sales qualify
• Minimum 2 sales required for payout

4.4 Payouts

• Payouts are processed once per month (30–31 of the month)
• Payment methods: PayPal or bank/card transfer
• Payment details are requested only when payout is due

4.5 Tracking & Notifications

• Affiliates receive automatic email notifications each time their code is used
• Earnings are calculated automatically and included in the monthly payout

4.6 Taxes

• Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes according to local laws
• InviCodes does not provide tax advice

5. Intellectual Property

• All designs are owned by InviCodes, including template and custom designs.
• Custom designs may be reused by InviCodes unless the customer provides original, fully unique input.
• Customers may not copy, redistribute, or sell designs without permission.

6. Data Protection & Privacy

• Customer and affiliate data is used only for processing orders, delivering designs, and affiliate payouts
• Contact may occur via email or WhatsApp
• Data is not sold or shared with third parties

7. Changes to Products, Services, or Program

• InviCodes reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue products, services, or the affiliate program at any time
• Changes will be communicated via the website or email

8. Termination

• Buyer accounts or affiliate participation may be terminated for violation of these terms
• Eligible commissions will still be paid according to the payout schedule

9. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by Latvian law
• Any disputes will be resolved in Latvian jurisdiction
